AI coding agents are good generalists, but they often lack step-by-step know-how for specific jobs such as a security audit, an SEO review or a board meeting prep. This repo supplies that know-how as skills. Each skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file of instructions, small Python scripts, and reference documents like templates and checklists.

The README separates three ideas. Skills describe how to do a task. Agents decide what task to run. Personas set who is doing the thinking, such as a startup CTO or a CFO. You can combine them. The Python tools use only the standard library, so there is nothing extra to pip install.

Most of the content follows the shared SKILL.md format, so one repo covers many tools. It installs directly as Claude Code plugins, Codex skills and Gemini CLI skills. A convert script produces formats for Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, Kilo Code, OpenCode, Augment and others. Note that the README's counts of skills and tools vary from section to section, so treat the numbers as approximate.

## What it does

- **Install by domain**: In Claude Code you add the marketplace once, then install bundles such as engineering, product, marketing, C-level or finance skills. You can also install a single skill.
- **Many tools, one repo**: Works with Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent and Mistral Vibe. A convert script generates formats for Cursor, Aider, Windsurf, Kilo Code, OpenCode, Augment and Antigravity.
- **Wide domain coverage**: Domains include engineering, DevOps, security, product, marketing (with SEO and AEO), regulatory and quality, compliance, project management, academic research and business operations.
- **C-suite personas and commands**: Includes agents for roles like CEO, CTO, CFO and CISO, plus about 21 /cs:* slash commands for things like boardroom and strategy sessions.
- **Stdlib-only Python tools**: Hundreds of command-line scripts ship with the skills and run anywhere Python runs, with no pip installs.

## What you could build

- Add a security-audit or code-review skill to Claude Code so it follows a fixed checklist.
- Generate marketing, SEO or landing-page work using the marketing skill packs.
- Run a mock board meeting or strategy review using the C-level persona agents.
- Convert the whole skill set into Cursor or Aider rules for a project.
- Study how well-structured SKILL.md files are written before making your own skills.

## Who it's for

Developers and teams already using an AI coding agent such as Claude Code who want ready-made workflows; you should know how plugins or skills folders work in your tool.
