Finance teams repeat the same work: comps, DCFs, LBO models, earnings notes, pitch decks, ledger reconciliations. This repo packages that work as Claude agents and skills, so Claude drafts a first version and a person reviews it.

Everything is markdown and JSON, with no build step. A skill is a written method Claude uses when it is relevant. A command such as /comps or /dcf runs one on demand. An agent bundles a system prompt with the skills it needs. Connectors are MCP servers that link Claude to data providers like FactSet, Morningstar, PitchBook and S&P Global.

The same source ships two ways: as a plugin in Cowork or Claude Code, or as a Managed Agent behind your own workflow engine. The README states the agents only draft work. They do not give investment advice, execute trades or post to a ledger, and a human signs off every output.

## What it does

- **Ten named workflow agents**: Includes Pitch Agent, Market Researcher, Earnings Reviewer, Model Builder, GL Reconciler, Month-End Closer and KYC Screener. Each is a self-contained plugin.
- **Vertical skill bundles**: Plugins for financial analysis, investment banking, equity research, private equity, fund admin and operations. They add commands like /comps, /dcf, /earnings and /ic-memo.
- **Data connectors**: MCP servers for providers including Daloopa, Morningstar, FactSet, Moody's, PitchBook, LSEG, Box and Egnyte. Some need a subscription or API key.
- **Managed Agent deployment**: A deploy script uploads skills, creates subagents and posts the agent to the API. A reference script routes handoffs between agents.
- **Microsoft 365 install tooling**: A Claude Code plugin that helps an IT admin set up the Claude add-in for Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook against Vertex AI, Bedrock or an internal gateway.

## What you could build

- Draft a branded pitch deck from comps, precedents and an LBO model.
- Turn an earnings call and filings into a model update and a research note draft.
- Find breaks in a general ledger, trace root causes and route them for sign-off.
- Parse client onboarding documents and flag gaps against a rules grid.
- Audit an Excel financial model for hardcodes, broken formulas and balance errors.

## Who it's for

Suits finance professionals and developers building finance tooling who already know Claude plugins or the Managed Agents API and can review the outputs as a domain expert.

## Get started

Add the marketplace in Claude Code, install the core financial-analysis plugin first, then add the agents or verticals you want. In Cowork, paste the repo URL under Settings, Plugins. For Managed Agents, set your API key and run the deploy script.

```
claude plugin marketplace add anthropics/financial-services
```
```
claude plugin install financial-analysis@claude-for-financial-services
```
```
scripts/deploy-managed-agent.sh gl-reconciler
```
