Role-based plugin bundles that give Claude skills, commands and tool links for a job

Out of the box, Claude knows little about how your team works. These plugins fix that by bundling skills, slash commands, connectors and sub-agents for one job function, such as sales, customer support, legal or finance.

Each plugin is plain markdown and JSON. Skills hold domain knowledge Claude draws on automatically. Commands are actions you call by name, like /sales:call-prep or /data:write-query. Connectors use MCP servers to link Claude to tools such as Slack, HubSpot, Snowflake or Jira. There is no code to run and no build step.

The plugins are generic starting points, and the README expects you to edit them. You can swap connectors in .mcp.json, add your own terminology and processes to skill files, or make new plugins with the included cowork-plugin-management plugin.

What it does

  • Eleven role plugins

Covers productivity, sales, customer support, product management, marketing, legal, finance, data, enterprise search, bio-research and plugin management.

  • Skills and slash commands

Skills fire automatically when relevant. Commands such as /finance:reconciliation or /product-management:write-spec run on request.

  • Tool connectors via MCP

Each plugin lists the external tools it connects to, for example Slack, Notion, Snowflake, PubMed or Benchling.

  • Fully file-based and editable

Every part is markdown or JSON, so you can change instructions, connectors and workflows to match your company.

  • Plugin-building helper

The cowork-plugin-management plugin helps create new plugins or customize existing ones for your organization.

What you could build

  • Prepare for a sales call and draft outreach with the sales plugin.
  • Triage support tickets and turn resolved issues into knowledge base articles.
  • Write SQL, analyze datasets and build dashboards with the data plugin.
  • Review contracts and triage NDAs with the legal plugin.
  • Build a custom plugin that encodes your own team's workflows and tools.
