Coding agents like Claude Code and Codex mostly live in a terminal or in their own separate apps. T3 Code puts one interface on top of them. It runs a server on your computer, and you talk to your agents through a web app, an Electron desktop app, or a phone app.

It does not replace the agents or sell you access to them. You install and sign in to each agent's own tool first, and T3 Code controls whatever is already set up, so your existing subscriptions are used.

The authors say they were inspired by the Codex desktop app, Conductor, Claude Desktop and Cursor Glass, but wanted something fast, usable remotely, and fully open so anyone can fork it. The README is frank that the project is very early and bugs are expected. It is also mostly not accepting outside contributions.

## What it does

- **Works with several agents**: Supports Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, Grok Build, OpenCode and Google Antigravity. Each needs to be installed and signed in first, except Antigravity, which is set up inside the app.
- **Desktop, web and mobile**: Comes as an Electron desktop app, a web app, and iOS and Android apps. The docs cover remote access from a phone or another machine.
- **Command line server**: Running t3 starts the server and opens the local web app. t3 service install keeps it running in the background, and t3 update upgrades it.
- **Settings and permissions**: The docs list permission modes, keyboard shortcuts, per-project settings and appearance preferences.
- **Multiple accounts and source control**: Docs cover source control integrations and using more than one Codex or Claude account.

## What you could build

- Check on and steer a running coding agent from your phone while away from your desk.
- Switch between Claude Code, Codex and other agents from one interface.
- Run the server in the background on a home machine and reach it from another device.
- Fork the code to build your own agent interface, which the authors say they want to make possible.
- Keep separate Codex or Claude accounts and pick between them in one app.

## Who it's for

Developers who already use at least one terminal coding agent and want a single, remote-friendly interface; they should have that agent installed and signed in first.

## Get started
