Coding-agent skills for sales, marketing and support teams, with human approval built in

GTM teams do a lot of repeatable work that depends on scattered context: CRM records, docs, spreadsheets, call transcripts and campaign notes. This repo packages that work as skills that coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code and Cursor can follow.

Skills are grouped by team in folders: marketing, customer advocacy, sales and revops, customer support, legal operations, GTM ops and content ops. Each folder has a README and, where available, SKILL.md, SETUP.md and SCHEMA-MAP.md. A registry CSV helps you find the closest match. Tools connect through Zapier MCP and the Zapier SDK.

The README says this is not just a prompt library. The focus is output a person can review, with permissions, approval gates and audit trails. It tells you to keep a human approval step before sending messages, updating CRM records or publishing assets.

What it does

  • Skills grouped by team

Folders cover marketing, customer advocacy, sales and revops, support, legal operations, GTM ops and content ops, plus an install-zapier skill.

  • Campaign planning and learning

Turns briefs and launch notes into campaign packages and page mockups, and turns campaign data and feedback into a sourced postmortem.

  • Sales and account workflows

Ranks target accounts by why-now signals, drafts outreach from CRM and usage context, and builds customer decks.

  • Customer proof lookup

Finds approved customer stories, quotes and stats, and drafts customer stories from approved interviews and notes.

  • Registry and Zapier patterns

A skills.csv registry and a doc on Zapier MCP and SDK patterns help you map a workflow to your own approved systems.

What you could build

  • Build a campaign package and page mockup from a launch brief and source docs.
  • Audit a shared inbox for press, partnership and urgent-risk requests.
  • Find missed or slow lead follow-up and create owner-ready actions.
  • Rank target accounts and draft rep-ready outreach from CRM and usage data.
  • Research support tickets across helpdesk, issue tracker and knowledge base.

Get started

The README gives no install commands. Read docs/vp-marketing-skill-breakdown.md, find a close match in registry/skills.csv, then open that skill's folder and follow its SETUP.md. Keep approval gates on before anything writes to a system or sends a message.

Commands are copied from the project's README. Read it on GitHub for the full setup.
